My Story
For several years of my life I felt like I always put others before myself and my own needs.
I was in relationships that were unhealthy for me and I held a lot of my emotions in. I have been on a wellness journey working through anxiety, stress, Hashimoto’s, and working to become my best self.
Now in my current day to day, I feel proud of myself and have learned many techniques and skills that have allowed me to grow. As I have worked in corporate wellness and became a certified health coach, I feel passionate about helping individuals bloom, heal, create self love, balance, and develop healthy habits.
